Innovative Outcomes operates a small community based Day Habilitation program that
focuses on Social skills, healthy living and involvment in the community. We focus on serving
individuals with retirement needs of those in need of a quieter/slower pace.

We regularly attend activities such as: concerts on the square, library activities, walking,
lunar golf, and yard-sales -just to name a few. When not out in the community we cook,
complete seasonal arts & crafts, minor gardening and Wii activities.

Learning or preventing loss of skills through fun activities best describes our Day Habilitation
program. Emphasis on FUN!
